Business is one of the study programs which chosen by the high school graduates because not only they think that it is better to create job opportunities for others, but also to practice their business skill. There many colleges and universities which offer this business study program from the basic level all the way to the higher level such as the master of business administration. But the business administration is not the only popular study program, but also the masters of public administration online which usually taken as dual degree for some students because they know that they have to learn how to administrate their business and they can learn from the public administration study program.

Some colleges and universities are offering the students to take the business administration program online although there are some requirements that need to be filled. For example, not all students are eligible for taking the rn to bsn online degree because the colleges and universities apply different terms and conditions like only students that have certain GPA who are able to take the online study programs. GPA is sometimes not the only assessment value that the colleges and universities are observing, but also the class attendance, the assignments submission, and other factors. That is why sometimes the students are fail to balance those factors because they are taking one factor for granted and they forget that each factor influences other factors.
